EFFSO strengthens its procurement and supply chain capabilities

With continued strong demand for qualified procurement and supply chain expertise, EFFSO strengthens its organisation by welcoming John Gunnarsson and Andreas Hansson. The appointments further develop both the company’s interim services and its management consulting offering.

A growing demand for strategic procurement expertise

Procurement and supply chain functions are playing an increasingly critical role in areas such as profitability, risk management, sustainability and international growth. As demand for qualified advisory and interim solutions continues to rise, EFFSO is further strengthening its specialist capabilities.

John Gunnarsson strengthens interim and recruitment services

John Gunnarsson joins EFFSO as Consulting Manager in Stockholm. He brings extensive experience in procurement, public procurement and supply chain management, most recently from One Academy AB, where he was a co-owner and instrumental in building their vocational education offering within procurement and public procurement.

Through his work, John has collaborated closely with procurement professionals and procurement leaders across both the private and public sectors, with a strong focus on competence supply and talent development.

“John has quickly become a valuable part of the team. With his solid procurement background, strong drive and expertise in competence development, he contributes both direction and energy. His straightforward and genuine approach further strengthens our team culture,” says Anna Hedre Eidhagen, Head of Recruitment & Interim at EFFSO.

Andreas Hansson brings international supply chain leadership experience

Andreas Hansson returns to EFFSO as Senior Management Consultant after eight years at Hitachi Energy HVDC, where he held several senior leadership roles – most recently as Global Head of Supply Chain, with responsibility for the entire value chain during a period of significant international growth.

Andreas combines strategic perspective with hands-on operational experience from complex, global environments and has extensive experience leading international client projects and developing procurement organisations.

“Andreas brings a unique combination of strategic perspective and operational experience from international and complex environments. His background in global supply chain leadership and organisational development further strengthens our ability to support clients in large-scale transformation and growth journeys,” says Arsalan Motavaf, Head of Management Consulting at EFFSO.

By combining management consulting, interim services, recruitment and training, EFFSO supports procurement organisations in both the public and private sectors.
