EFFSO strengthens its supply chain offering with Jonas Olofsson

EFFSO has appointed Jonas Olofsson as Head of Business Unit Supply Chain. He most recently served as COO of Lesjöfors Group and is now returning to EFFSO, where he previously worked as a senior management consultant for eight years.

Returning to EFFSO

Jonas Olofsson left EFFSO to join Lesjöfors Group four years ago. Most recently, he served as COO with responsibility for supply chain, procurement, production and the Group’s geographical footprint. He is now returning to consulting to lead and further develop EFFSO’s supply chain offering.

“EFFSO’s strength lies in our people and our culture. Jonas shares our values and embodies the commitment, collaboration and client focus that define EFFSO. He knows our business and our clients well, and returns with valuable experience from a senior operational role in industry. This makes him the right person to lead our continued investment in supply chain,” says Per Finnhammar, CEO of EFFSO.

Focus on client outcomes

EFFSO has been developing its supply chain offering for several years. The starting point is each client’s challenges and the results they want to achieve. The appointment of Jonas Olofsson further strengthens EFFSO’s ability to bring together the right expertise based on each client’s needs.

“During my years at Lesjöfors, I gained further perspectives on the challenges many companies face, including supply chain disruptions, higher customer expectations, economic pressure and a growing need for resilience, both within their own operations and across their supplier networks. I now look forward to bringing these experiences back to EFFSO and working with our clients in a way I know well from before: close to their operations, with a clear approach to change management and a focus on lasting results,” says Jonas Olofsson.

Jonas Olofsson took up his position as Head of Business Unit Supply Chain on 17 August 2026.
