Jenny Vårlid has served as Business Development Manager at EFFSO since 2019. She has extensive leadership experience from both procurement and human resources roles, including Procurement Manager and HR Manager at AGA Gas (part of the Linde Group).
Before joining EFFSO, Jenny also worked as a consultant specializing in procurement and Supply Chain for IBX and Capgemini. She holds a law degree from the University of Gothenburg and has over 20 years of professional experience in procurement, Supply Chain, and talent management.
Jenny is particularly passionate about talent development, strategic sourcing, and sustainability. At EFFSO, she contributes her expertise to a range of client projects and has authored several thought leadership articles on strategic procurement and Supply Chain Management.
