About the Role

We are seeking a senior, hands-on Operations Director to lead and further develop TagMaster’s logistics, sourcing and production.

In this key leadership role, you will help us reach ambitious goals and budgets.

You will have overall responsibility for managing and optimizing the complete supply chain within TagMaster.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and structure sourcing and supplier management in a lean organization
  • Lead and manage our EMS partnership including box-build, PCB, test and third-party logistics
  • Drive commercial negotiations and cost transparency initiatives
  • Take ownership of supplier performance and operational follow-up
  • Actively participate in NPI processes to secure cost-efficient design and manufacturability
  • Challenge cost drivers in close dialogue with R&D
  • Structure forecasting, order processes and inventory management
  • Ensure operational robustness in a low-volume and highly technological environment

Who You Are

You are an experienced Operations professional from a low-volume, technically complex manufacturing environment. You are comfortable working close to suppliers, understanding technical drawings and cost structures, and driving improvements in settings where scale is limited but complexity is high.

We believe you have:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Supply Chain
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a related field
  • Excellent view of the complete value chain in Operations.
  • Deep knowledge in EMS – sourcing, production, box-build, test and third party logistics.
  • A successful track record within Operations in manufacturing companies
  • Negotiation skills.
  • A self-motivated, hands-on and flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and product cost within the NPI process
  • ERP experience, including implementation, and strong Excel skills
  • Basic understanding of drawings and electronics
  • Experience from QMS systems and supplier audits is advantageous

  • Fluent Swedish, required
  • Fluent English, required
